This customization creates a smart field that contains the primary rating for this constituent. Creating it consists of 3 parts, first rank your ratings so the system can determine the primary, second set up the smart field, and lastly add the process to a queue so it builds on a schedule.
Primary is determined by ranking model scores and ratings for your affiliate in hierarchy order. You do not need to include all ratings, only those you want to consider for a primary rating. For example, some affiliates have opted to only include capacity ratings to consider for the primary rating, and not include affinity ratings.
You need to navigate to Prospect/Manage Model Scores and Ratings/Ranking and add a ranking for each rating/model score that you want to include. The rating with the lowest rank value > 0 will be selected as the primary. Note that you can change your mind, and the next time the process runs the Primary Rating smart field will be updated.
The ranking code numbers must be unique, so if you want to exclude a rating from the ranking, set the rank number to a number of 0 or less, for example -1, -2, -3, etc.
