Smart field/Constituent summary across affiliates

The Constituent summary across affiliates smart fields can aggregate data across different Atlas databases in one environment.

A selection of these Smart fields in the AMC databases (BWH, MGH, and SRN) reflect data from all three databases for constituents with a Partners ID.

Good to Know!

  • For each Smart field listed above, a corresponding “this database” Smart field also exists (e.g. “Total Commitments – this database”); these can be used when only data from one database is needed.
  • The “this database” fields must be calculated prior to calculating the summary smart fields.
  • Partners ID is an Alternate Lookup ID that can be used to link constituents between databases.
  • The Atlas Portal uses the “this database” Smart fields in the column labelled Total Commitments and in calculating the Priority criteria.
