The Provider Summary tab contains three charts, or widgets, to provider an overview of the provider’s patients.

- Patients by Primary Rating
Patients by Primary Rating shows the primary rating for constituents on the Provider Patients subtab, plus the total number of Unassigned and Assigned constituents with each rating. Up to 10 ratings will be listed on the first page; if there are more than 10 ratings, click on the page numbers or arrows to scroll through the pages.
To see a list of the constituents with one of these ratings, click on the hyperlinked numbers in the Unassigned and Assigned columns; the Provider patients subtab will open with the applicable filters applied
