The Provider Patients Tab can be found on a provider constituent record via the Provider tab. This tab contains a list builder with columns designed to provide additional information for fundraisers to review and analyze their EPIC data.

The columns you can include in this list builder are
- Constituent ID
- Deceased (Yes/No)
- Do Not Contact/Solicit Shows Yes if the constituent has any solicit codes that contain the phrase “do not contact” or “do not solicit”.
- Future Patient Visit Shows Yes if there’s a future visit indicated in the EPIC data.
- Last Visit Date
- Next Visit Date
- Next Visit Time
- Next Visit Datetime
- Patient name
- Patient’s birth date
- Primary rating type
- Primary rating value
- Prospect manager Shows the Prospect Manager or Associated Prospect Manager, or shows “unassigned” if there isn’t one.
- Manager Type Prospect Manager or Associated Prospect Manager.
- Total commitments
- Total visits
You can filter by
- Patient Name You can start typing the last name in this field, and it will automatically scroll to the name if it exists in the list.
- Deceased Yes or No.
- Disqualified Yes or No.
- For MGH, a prospect is considered disqualified if the constituent has a Prospect Disqualification Constituent Attribute.
- For all other affiliates, a prospect is considered disqualified if for the most recent Fundraising Plan where the Business Unit is Major Giving, the last completed Step Stage = Disqualified.
- Primary Rating For this filter, you can select multiple values; click on the filter icon to select one, some, or all values, or even no value.
- Future Visit Yes or No.
- Assigned Prospect Manager Yes or No. Evaluates both Prospect Manager and Associated Prospect Manager.
- Last Visit Date
Good to Know!
- These constituents are summarized by primary rating on the Provider Summary tab.
- The Next visit date, Next visit time, and Next visit datetime all reflect the same visit, but are broken out in case users need to see the specific time of a visit, with either a distinct column for the time or in one column including both date and time.
