Patient Summary includes
- A widget showing total visits, PCP (from the most recent visit), last visit date, total future visits, next visit date and total family visits.
- A Visits by Admission Type widget showing visits grouped by affiliate-defined admission type.
- A Visits by Location widget showing visits grouped by location.
- A Patient Contacts data list showing contact information for research purposes.
Good to Know!
- Patient Contact data is included in the Epic extract, but not imported by BVDL. Use the Update Epic Patient Contacts Global Change to populate the table.
- The widgets will show 0 rows for constituents with a constituency code flagged with “hide visits”.
- The widgets are permissioned to users with the Atlas | Patient View system role, while the Patient Contacts data list is permissioned only to users with the Atlas | Research system role.
