- PHS Name Formats – Populate Name Formats: The global change will add all the Partners custom name formats to all constituents that do not have them. This is typically run once after conversion, or if new name formats are added or the existing ones changed.

- Add Spouse Soft Credit global change: runs on a constituent queryThis process will be limited to family foundations and households, i.e. those constituents that have a current IsSpouse relationship. For family foundations, only the relationship types with a description of “Family foundation” and “Family Foundation/Fund” will be considered. The process should allow for a constituent selection. If a constituent is included in the selection but the related constituent is not, the relationships would not be considered. For example, if a constituent is in the selection and has a prospect manager, but their spouse is not in the selection, no action would be taken on the spouse record. Utilizing a selection will enable Partners to manually add associated prospect managers without the customization impacting those constituents they wish to override. So the selection should include those constituents and their spouses or Family foundations or Family Foundation/Funds that we want to update.
