The Alerts tab has four sections listing constituents where the user is the Prospect Manager: Recent Revenue Recognition (current and previous week), Upcoming Birthdays (current and next month), Recently Deceased (this year) and Upcoming Events (current and next month).
On each list, Mass General Brigham has a customization to include constituents where the user is the Associated Prospect Manager. This particularly useful for Events where only one member of a household would be registered.
Note that Upcoming Birthdays is a list builder, to allow the list to be sorted in a useful way; instead of sorting by date, it sorts by month and day, so you can see which birthdays are coming up next.
