Events this constituent has attended or been invited to

Good to Know!

• After adding the event, you can add additional information like speakers, coordinations, etc.
• Event registrants automatically get a constituent code of “Event Registrant.”  Only event registrants have an Event tab.
• Only event participants with an invitation status of “Invited” will appear on the Atlas invited tab
• Adding a Speaker to your Event does not automatically add them as Registrant.  They will need to be added as a Registrant.
• CONVERSION NOTES:
  • Some affiliates have data in participant arrival and departure type in RE.  There is no equivalent location for this in CRM so this was converted as an event participant attribute.
  • Duplicate event participations will not convert (CRM will keep the first one it hits); if an event registration number of units is 0 it will not convert
  • Guests inherit their host’s Status and Type in CRM, their attended flag reflects their individual participation
  • RE Response value will be converted as a registrant attribute in Atlas
  • RE Participation is an Atlas registrant attribute and was added to the new customization field Participation
  • Type:
    • Walk-In
      • RE Participant has Attended checked and RE Registration = Not registered
      • RE Response is null but Attended is checked
      • RE Registration of Not Registered and Attended is checked
    • Invitation
      • Invite?=Invited and Participant has attended Unchecked
      • Invite? Date is not blank and Participant has attended is checked
    • Preregistration = All others not already set to Walk-In or Invitation
  • Status:
    • Will not attend
      • Invite?=Invited, Registration=Not registered, Participant has attended Unchecked
      • Registration of Do Not Register or Not Registered and attended unchecked
      • Response of Declined, Regret with Donation
      • Response is blank and attended is unchecked
    • Registered = All others not already set to Will not attend
    • Canceled = not set during conversion because requires an invitation be sent through Atlas
    • No reply = not set during conversion because requires an invitation be sent through Atlas
    • Declined = not set during conversion because requires an invitation be sent through Atlas

    Attended

    • No Show = Participant has attended unchecked, Registration = Registered
    • Yes = Participant has attended checked
    • No = All others not set above
