Custom Acknowledgements

This page is designed to facilitate the management of custom acknowledgements. Custom acknowledgements are manually written, personalized letters for top donors and other selected constituents and prospects.  They are tailored based on specific knowledge of the gift and the constituent, and are signed by hospital leadership. The stages of writing the letters are tracked via Interactions with the Category “Acknowledgement”.  Progress through the letter writing and signing process is indicated with a series of interaction attributes.

The Manage Custom Acknowledgements area consists of four tabs, each containing one section with a configured datalist. They are

1. Open Acknowledgements (all)

2. My Open Acknowledgements

3. Canceled Acknowledgements

4. Completed Acknowledgements
