This customization is to surface the Attribute Category GUID in the Add and Edit Attribute Category forms. This is so we can keep the GUID consistent between affiliate databases when Attribute Categories are used by multiple affiliates.
GUID is generated automatically when a record is created.
You can then open the Edit form, select & copy the GUID…
… and then paste it into the Add form on a record in a different database:
