Appeal Teams allow for entry of teams and team members, and individual fundraisers associated with the event.
During conversion, we can link teams to appeals, appeals to events, but not the appeal teams to events. To see teams on converted data for events, navigate to the appeal tab, go to the appeal and see the team setup for teams.
Post go-live add the appeal, add the event, and click the add team fundraising appeal task to add the team tab to the event and the appeal
CONVERSION NOTES:
- RE allowed teams, goals and fundraisers to be linked to campaigns, funds, appeals and other. CRM only allows them on appeals.
- RE teams and goals are in BIO1 solicitor goals. Goal types of 2-appeals should convert with an issue. Goal types of 4-funds will be linked to an appeal using the fund attribute ‘CRM Solicitor Goal Appeal’ that contains the appeal identifier for the appeal this fund is linked to. Other types of solicitor goals (campaign and unspecified) are converting as constituent attributes on the solicitor
- Atlas does not allow duplicate team names on the same appeal, and there can also be no duplicate team members on each team. In other words, John cannot be repeated twice as a member of Team A, but he can be a member of Team A and Team B for the same appeal.
