The Constituent Data Integrity Workspace Relationships tab used to return all relationships; it is now limited to show only relationships that violate the rules established in the Relationship types table and in the Relationship pairs table.
The columns listed are
- Lookup Id
- Constituent Click on the hyperlinked name to open the Relationships tab for that constituent
- Constituent type
- Relationship type
- Reciprocal Lookup Id
- Reciprocal constituent Click on the hyperlinked name to open the Relationships tab for that constituent
- Reciprocal constituent type
- Reciprocal relationship type
- Relationship category This is a new code table used only on this data list.
- Date added
- Date changed
- Changed by Shows the name of the user who last changed this relationship
- Error: Constituent type and Error: Related Constituent type These columns show checkboxes if the relationship types are invalid per the Relationship types table; for instance, a sibling relationship can only be between two individuals, not between an organization and an individual.
- Error: Invalid pair This columns shows a checkbox if the relationship violates the rules established in the Relationship Pairs table.

- Relationship type
- Reciprocal relationship type
- Errors to include Choose from invalid pairs, Constituent type mismatches or all.
- Date range
- Date changed range
- Relationship Category
Use the chevron and click on Edit for any row to open the Edit relationship page directly to make any updates.
