The Completed Step Summary page consists of 3 widgets categorizing Completed steps by Plan stage, Plan type, and Contact method for a specified date range. Options for date range are This fiscal year, Last Month, Last week, Last fiscal year, Last calendar year, This month, This week, and This calendar year.
Each widget includes a hyperlink enabling the user to drill-down to a filtered list of Steps. From here, users can Edit or open each step, or go directly to the Plan.
