Prospect summary contains information about the prospect manager and prospect status. Note that the Prospect tab only appears if the constituent has been assigned the “Prospect” constituent code which we assign to all new Atlas constituents automatically.
Good to Know!
- Flag prospect adds a flag that this prospect is a top prospect for the Atlas user. If you want to flag prospects for another user you can “Run as” that user and flag their prospects. This flag is available in query
- Prospect manager displays here, but is entered on Prospect Team tab
- Most affiliates use a nightly global change to automatically set the prospect status based on where the prospect is in the solicitation process
