This is a knowledgebase, wiki and repository for support resources for the MGB fundraising system Atlas, powered by Blackbaud CRM.  This site is a prototype.  Ultimately it could be in a different format, be linked to our internal website, and/or be referenced from within CRM.  Some items to note:

• Found an issue?  Check out our list of known Atlas bugs
• This prototype is hosted by WordPress outside of the MGB firewall, no confidential screen shots should be added (a good practice anyway)
• With an eye towards links from within CRM to our MGB procedures for that area, I’m trying to make sure there is a wiki page for all the pages in CRM we may want to link to.  I have made a start on this, let me know which pages need to be added
• The top menu is geared to searching by broad functional area then by CRM tabs and sub-tabs, oriented more to end users
• The left side menu is currently focused on processes that will involve multiple steps, ultimately these will have links to the screen pages
• Various Atlas teams will have the ability to edit and update this site, all users will have the ability to leave comments on each page.
• FEEDBACK is important – if you can’t find something you think should be here, or you have a better way to organize this info – don’t be shy

This is, and should remain, an interactive, actively changing site – please leave comments or update pages as appropriate to keep this resource as helpful as possible.
