Events/Event Summary

The Event Summary tab includes a Registration Summary chart.

This shows each Registration option with columns for

  • Reserved. Registrations not paid in full.
  • Purchased. Registrations paid in full.
  • Registrants. Total number of registrants. For example, if a constituent purchased one golf foursome for herself and three guests, these columns will show 1 Reserved and 1 Purchased, and 4 Registrants.
  • Unpaid amount.
  • Paid amount.

For Team fundraising events, an additional Solicitor Revenue Summary chart is displayed.

For each Team and each individual fundraiser, this chart includes Goal, Solicited revenue, Gift count, and % to goal. For Teams, users can click on the arrow to display the name of each member of the team with their individual numbers.

The filters at the top apply to this section only.

  • Revenue. Choose from Commitments, Cash, or All transactions.
  • Registration options. Choose from the list of available registration options for the selected Event.
  • Solicitor. For Team fundraising events, select from Teams and non-team Fundraisers from the  Team setup hierarchy. For other events, this option is disabled.
  • Date range.
