Good to Know
- To see phone comments, click on the chevron to display additional details on the phone
- You cannot end date the primary phone!
- CONVERSION NOTES:
- CRM requires a primary phone. If you did not set one in RE it will arbitrarily choose one to mark primary
- If the RE phone is marked as inactive, the CRM “do not contact” checkbox is checked and then do not contact reason is set to “Inactive”
- If the RE phone description contains the words %bad%, %previous%, %former% and it is marked inactive, or if the phone is inactive, then set the end date to last changed date. NOTE: the primary phone cannot have an end date in CRM, so if an inactive or former phone is checked as primary there will be no end date
- BWH only
- In Raisers Edge today, for phones with type = ‘bad phone’, convert to type =‘home’. Set “Reason:” code = “Invalid Phone”
- If a phone has the “Inactive?” checkbox or the “DNC” checkbox, DO Nothing. Convert without evaluating these fields
