The Manage Prospects and Plans in Bulk feature has been customized to reflect existing prospect management functionality in other part of Atlas (like the Prospect tab on each constituent record and the Manage Opportunities global change).
To access this feature, go to Prospects, and in the Prospect Management area, click on Manage prospects and plans in bulk. There are three tabs: Add Prospect Plans Process, Add Opportunities Process and Prospect Assignment Process.
Add Prospect Plans Process
The Add a prospect plans process has been customized to add
- A required Business unit attribute; this will be added to all plans created by this process, and
- An option to Add spouse as participant, as well as the participant role that should be added if the spouse is added.

Note that the option to set the Manager for new prospects, which should set the prospect manager on each constituent in the selection who doesn’t already have one, does not work in Atlas, because all Atlas constituents already have the Prospect constituent code. Use the Prospect Assignment Process to set Prospect Managers in bulk.
Add Opportunities Process
The Add opportunities process has been customized to
- Show the Atlas fields Anticipated amount and Anticipated date,
- Show the rows in the Designations grid in the same order as the appear on a constituent plan opportunity (Designation, Use Code, Amount, Category, Type, Funding Method), and default Use Code from designation, and
- Enable the Atlas custom validation on this form, including displaying Expected ask amount and date.

Prospect Assignment Process
The Prospect assignment process has been customized to allow entering Comments (as can be done when you reassign a single prospect).
